GT Grooming Trailers: “The Smart Choice”
July 16, 2007
Here’s what one of the Internet “mobile grooming social sites” is socializing about:

A mobile groomer (who purchased a vastly inferior trailer) is talking about how she has “flooded” her mobile grooming trailer. Shaking my head, I couldn’t believe it! HOW, does one flood a trailer? The question was asked and the answer soon came. Simply, she was filling her tank and she forgot that the water was running. A professional-grade grooming trailer would NOT have this problem.
This is now the second trailer conversion company that I’m aware of that designs trailers to be flooded. At least the first trailer company water proofs the floor as a standard feature but THIS trailer company doesn’t even do that. So this cheaper trailer has tanks that CAN be overflowed and THEN the floor isn’t built for the inevitable.
GT Grooming Trailers CANNOT flood because our water intake ports and vents are on the EXTERIOR of the trailer. If you overflow your tank, it will simply “flood” the street - not your trailer.
Later on the “social site” a different customer with the same brand of grooming trailer went on to mention how her “walls leak” in the rain. I could have told her that a year ago seeing that the trailer shell is probably the cheapest in the industry.
GT takes water damage seriously! We even sell repair kits for people who have purchased cheaper trailers. The damage that water can do to a trailer is HUGE and GT is obsessed with quality. Our floors are sealed up the wall 6 inches and we even install drains in the floor for an easy “hosing out” at the end of the day.
Bottom line: This groomer should have gone with “The Smart Choice” instead of the “affordable choice”.
