Wag’n Tails Has A Great Article About Vans

February 21, 2007

Substance, once again, beats fluff.

Wag’n Tails is really the only respected GIANT in the mobile grooming VAN industry. GT is big for trailers, but WGT really is the authority for grooming vans.

Aspects of how WGT builds their vans can be seen in the GT as well. For example GT will only use Onan generators because they are really the best brand for mobile grooming applications. A trend with some van companies is to simply use an inverter system - a technology that we, along with WGT, has apparently concluded is still too primitive for mobile grooming.

The article fairly and to our knowledge, ACCURATELY describes the pros and cons of generators and inverters. Of course, some companies will argue that inverters are superior to generators, but keep in mind the fairness and authoritative expertise of WGT - and GT. Basically, if you are looking into a van that runs on an inverter and especially requires you to idle your engine; you really need to read this article.

I know you’re thinking, “Why is Kim talking up WGT instead of GT?” Well, I’m talking both of us up! And, as usual, if you are wanting a mobile grooming van there really is no other option than WGT. Likewise, if you are looking for a grooming trailer, there really is no option other than GT.
